An Independent School is excited to launch a brand-new specialist provision - and is seeking a dynamic, compassionate Head of Centre to lead the way.
This is a rare opportunity to build and shape an inclusive environment from the ground up, supporting pupils aged 5-11 with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and associated needs.
About the Role
As Head of Centre, you'll lead a close-knit team delivering tailored support for pupils with:
- Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
- Sensory Processing Needs
- Developmental Language Disorder
- Developmental Coordination Disorder
Centre Structure:
- 2 x Primary SEN Teachers
- 4 x Higher Level Teaching Assistants
- 1 x Administrator/First Aider
- 12 pupils (on EHCPs), split across two classes
Positive pupil behaviour and no known challenging behavioursKey Responsibilities Include:
- Leading daily operations of the provision
- Driving inclusive and person-centred practice
- Overseeing curriculum design and staff development
- Managing multi-agency relationships and EHCP delivery

- Proven experience in an SEND environment
