Essential Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Teaching and Learning or equivalent
- Experience working with children with special educational needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Desirable Qualifications:
- Degree in Education, Special Needs, or a related field
- First Aid certification
- Knowledge of Makaton or other sign language
