Job description
Are you a qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant or hold a Level 3 Childcare/Early Years qualification?
Are you looking for a full-time, term-time position in a supportive and well-regarded primary school?Remedy are currently working with a fantastic primary school in the London Borough of Lewisham and are looking to recruit a passionate and dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their team from September.
- Location: Lewisham, South East London
- Start Date: September 2025
- Working Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday
- Daily Pay: £100 - £115 (based on experience)
As part of the nursery team, you will work alongside the class teacher to deliver high-quality learning experiences for the youngest children in the school. Responsibilities include:
- Supporting day-to-day classroom activities
- Engaging children in fun, play-based learning
- Assisting with lesson delivery and behaviour management
- Carrying out regular observations and tracking progress
- Helping to create a positive and nurturing environment
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare or as a Teaching Assistant
- Experience working within an EYFS setting is preferred
- A team player with a proactive and caring approach
- Someone who is passionate about supporting early childhood development
- Commitment to a full academic year
