If you have experience supporting children and young people with SEMH needs, this could be the role for you.A specialist school in Ealing is seeking an experienced SEMH Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team. This is a rewarding opportunity to support learners with emotional and behavioural challenges in a structured, trauma-informed setting.
The Role
You'll be working closely with students across Key Stages 2-4, helping them regulate emotions, engage with learning, and build trust. Whether you're supporting one-to-one or in small groups, your presence will be key to creating a safe and empowering environment.What We're Looking For
- Proven experience supporting children or young people with SEMH needs - essential
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
- GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English
- Immediate availability
- Calm, confident, and committed to inclusive education
