Education Supply Pool are a PAYE employer looking for Secondary Teacher on behalf of a few comprehensive schools in Caerphilly and the surrounding areas. We at ESP are looking for a Secondary School Teacher who is passionate about working with young people. These roles demand enthusiasm, patience, and a diverse set of skills. We need a candidate who is willing to step up to this challenging role with confidence that they can help to develop and nurture these young minds on their way to success.

- A minimum pay rate of Secondary School Teachers is at least M1 (Currently £166:33 per day),

Successful Secondary School Teachers must:
· Have obtained Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a PGCE or a BA in Education,
· Have experience of teaching within the UK,
· Have the correct Education and Training
· Be able to set high standards,
· Be able to deal with challenging behaviour and maintain discipline,
· Plan innovative and creative lessons,
· Liaise with other staff members to deliver curriculum,
We are a preferred supplier on the Welsh Government's National Teacher Framework offering day-to-day and long-term positions throughout the school year. We offer a range of placements that can work around your schedule.
