Exciting Opportunity for a Passionate QTS Tutor in Colchester, Essex!

Our client, a respected educational organisation, is seeking a dedicated and experienced QTS Tutor to join their dynamic team in Colchester, Essex. In return for your dedication and hard work, our client offers a competitive salary of £25 per hour, with the option to choose between LTD or Umbrella payment structures. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver personalised lesson plans that cater to the individual needs of students
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
  • Collaborate with other educational professionals to ensure a comprehensive support network for students
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues
  • Participate in relevant training and professional development opportunities

Requirements:

  • Proven experience supporting studies
  • Qualified Teaching Status
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • Passion for working with students with diverse learning needs

Colchester and surrounding areas

Contractor role, paid weekly, ongoing.
