Prebook Recruitment is working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Hayes to recruit an enthusiastic Key Stage 1 Teacher for a full-time, long-term role starting in September 2026.

The OpportunityAs a KS1 Teacher, you'll help children develop the knowledge, confidence and resilience they need to flourish both inside and outside the classroom.
You'll be responsible for:

- Planning engaging, creative lessons that inspire curiosity and active participation.
- Creating a positive, inclusive classroom where every child feels encouraged to succeed.
- Delivering high-quality teaching that supports pupils of all abilities.
- Monitoring progress through assessment and adapting learning where required.
- Building pupils' confidence, independence and enthusiasm for learning.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues, teaching assistants and families to achieve the very best outcomes.
- Playing an active role in the wider school community through enrichment activities and school events.
We're looking for teachers who:

- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Are Early Career Teachers (ECTs) or experienced Primary Teachers.
- Have a strong understanding of effective Key Stage 1 teaching.

- Enjoy working collaboratively and sharing ideas with colleagues.
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or are willing to obtain one.
