We're looking for confident and adaptable Primary and Secondary Teachers across Ealing to provide high-quality classroom cover within local schools.

- Delivering lessons using work and planning provided by the school.
- Creating a calm, positive and purposeful classroom environment.
- Quickly establishing relationships with pupils.
- Managing behaviour confidently and consistently.
- Adapting to different school routines, expectations and teaching environments.
- Ensuring pupils remain engaged and learning continues in the teacher's absence.
- Supporting pupils with different abilities and additional needs.
- Communicating effectively with teaching and support staff.
- Providing appropriate feedback at the end of the school day.
- Representing yourself professionally within every school you visit.
We'd like to hear from teachers who:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an appropriate recognised equivalent.
- Have experience teaching within UK schools.
- Are confident walking into a new classroom and taking the lead.
- Build positive relationships with pupils quickly.
- Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Can adapt their approach to different age groups, abilities and settings.
- Are reliable, organised and professional.
- Have a positive and flexible approach to teaching.
