- Working alongside teachers and the wider specialist support team
- Providing consistent, encouraging and person-centred support
You'll be helping young people develop skills that go beyond the classroom - skills they can use in everyday life.
Who Would Suit This Role? This could suit someone already working in education, but we're also keen to hear from people with relevant experience from care, youth work, residential, community support or similar environments.
You could be a:

- Passionate about supporting young people
- Patient, caring and reliable
- Positive and encouraging
- Comfortable working 1:1
- Confident supporting young people in the community
- Interested in helping develop independence and life skills
- Happy to get involved and try different activities
- Able to build strong, positive relationships
