Glow Educate is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a welcoming mainstream primary school, supporting children across EYFS and Reception.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a nurturing environment where curiosity is encouraged, learning is led through play and every child is supported to reach their full potential. You'll also provide additional support for Reception pupils with emerging or undiagnosed SEND needs, helping to ensure every child receives the encouragement they need to flourish.
Your roleWorking alongside experienced colleagues, you'll:
We're looking for someone who
- Create engaging, play-based learning experiences that spark curiosity and confidence
- Support children across EYFS and Reception with their learning and development
- Encourage communication, language and social interaction through meaningful activities
- Provide tailored support for children with emerging or additional needs, including Autism, speech and language differences and sensory needs
- Adapt learning activities to suit individual strengths and learning styles
- Promote positive behaviour, independence and emotional wellbeing
- Build strong relationships with children, families and the wider school team

- Holds a Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent)
- Has experience working within a nursery, preschool or EYFS setting
