Job description

Inspire a Love of Learning from the Very Beginning

Monday-Friday | 8:15am-3:15pm, Term Time Only

Every child's learning journey starts with someone who believes in them.

The first years of school are filled with exciting discoveries, growing confidence and unforgettable milestones. As a Nursery Practitioner, you'll be there to encourage every achievement, celebrate every success and help children develop the skills they'll carry with them for years to come.

Glow Educate is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a welcoming mainstream primary school, supporting children across EYFS and Reception.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a nurturing environment where curiosity is encouraged, learning is led through play and every child is supported to reach their full potential. You'll also provide additional support for Reception pupils with emerging or undiagnosed SEND needs, helping to ensure every child receives the encouragement they need to flourish.

Your role

Working alongside experienced colleagues, you'll:

  • Create engaging, play-based learning experiences that spark curiosity and confidence
  • Support children across EYFS and Reception with their learning and development
  • Encourage communication, language and social interaction through meaningful activities
  • Provide tailored support for children with emerging or additional needs, including Autism, speech and language differences and sensory needs
  • Adapt learning activities to suit individual strengths and learning styles
  • Promote positive behaviour, independence and emotional wellbeing
  • Build strong relationships with children, families and the wider school team
We're looking for someone who
  • Holds a Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent)
  • Has experience working within a nursery, preschool or EYFS setting
  • Understands the EYFS Framework and child development
  • Is patient, nurturing and passionate about helping young children thrive
  • Can recognise and respond to the individual needs of every child
  • Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a supportive school team
  • Is committed to creating an inclusive environment where every child feels valued
Why this role?
  • Join a welcoming mainstream primary school
  • Make a lasting impact during a child's earliest years of education
  • Work in a supportive, collaborative team
  • Enjoy a term-time-only role with a healthy work-life balance
  • Help shape confident, curious and resilient learners
Every smile, every milestone and every breakthrough begins with the right support.

If you're passionate about Early Years education and want to help children build the strongest possible foundations for the future, we'd love to hear from you.

Apply today and begin the next chapter of your Early Years career.
