Location: Nottingham (NG9)
Salary: £95 - £105 per day
Contract Type: Long-term to permanent
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 15:30pm (Term-time only)

Long Term Futures is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a Learning Support Assistant to join a vibrant secondary school in Nottingham (NG9), supporting students from the ages of 11-16. The school is ofsted rated 'Good' and is committed to creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere where all students can succeed both academically and personally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students, including support for students with special educational needs (SEN).
- Support with ensuring students remain engaged with learning.
- Support students' emotional and academic well-being and encourage positive behaviour.
- Collaborate closely with teachers to implement strategies to support students' learning and development.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working with students with SEN in an education setting or similar (essential).
- A calm, adaptable, and supportive approach to helping students.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with students, staff and parents.
- A genuine passion for helping students reach their full potential.
