This setting supports children and young people aged 7-19 with a range of Autism (ASD) and Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) needs, including trauma and attachment-related difficulties.

We're looking for a versatile, resilient and nurturing professional who's passionate about making a real difference.

💫 Your Role Will Involve:

  • Planning, delivering, and evaluating interventions that promote progress.

  • Supporting and mentoring Teaching Assistants, sharing good practice and expertise.

🧩 We'd Love to Hear from You if You:

  • Are confident leading interventions and supporting other members of staff.

  • Are reflective, proactive, and committed to continuous professional growth.

🌱 What Thrive Offers You:

  • Long-term and permanent opportunities

  • Ongoing CPD and training to support your professional development

  • Support from a friendly, local agency that truly values people over profit

  • Access to a reward and discount scheme and wellbeing support

  • £100 referral bonus when someone you recommend works 20 days with us
