Graduate Cover Supervisor
Location: Coventry
Daily Rate: £105 - 130 Per Day.
Days: Monday to Friday, Term Time Only
Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm
Start Date: September 2024
Benefits - OFSTED Rated GOOD School | Free On-Site Parking | Regular CPD AvailableLTF Recruitment are working alongside a Secondary School based in Coventry who are looking to appoint a cover supervisor to start September, for a long-term contract covering until July 2025
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Providing general support to the school and its pupils
- Supervise and lead classes under guidance and instructions set by the teacher.
- Communicate with the teacher, providing feedback and updates on student progression and behaviour.
- Maintain effective classroom management, ensuring that behaviour is in line with school expectations.
- Be motivated and ambitious with a goal to support children to reach their full potential.
- Attending weekly CPD sessions within school training programme.
Candidate Requirements:
- A relevant degree or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience within a secondary school setting.
- A passion for supporting students to learn and develop.
- Experience as a cover supervisor is desirable, however experienced teaching assistants are encouraged to apply.
