We are looking for Primary Supply Teachers in Hayes who are available to start ASAP and want a role that combines flexibility, variety and valuable career experience.

What You'll Be DoingYou'll provide classroom cover across primary year groups, ensuring children continue to receive positive and engaging learning when their usual teacher is unavailable.
Your role may include:
- Delivering pre-planned lessons across the primary curriculum
- Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining routines
- Adapting learning for different abilities
- Supporting pupils with SEND and additional needs
- Working alongside Teaching Assistants
- Encouraging participation, confidence and independence
- Providing feedback on learning completed
- Creating a safe and inclusive classroom environment
Assignments can vary, giving you the opportunity to experience different year groups, school cultures and teaching approaches.
What You'll NeedWe're looking for teachers who have:
- QTS, PGCE or an equivalent teaching qualification
- Primary classroom experience or relevant teacher training
- Good knowledge of the primary curriculum
- Strong behaviour management skills
- A confident and adaptable approach
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A commitment to inclusive education
