Job description

We have an opportunity for a talented, detail-oriented Data Manager to join our forward-thinking school in Northampton, is a highly popular school situated in Northampton. The school was rated "Good" by Ofsted in September 2023 with an "Outstanding" Sixth Form. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the school's data systems, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.

Hours start at 7am till 2:30pm.

About You:
• Understanding of UK school data analysis and examination systems for Primary and Secondary students is essential, including post-16.
• Personally organised and an excellent communicator, the Regional Data Manager is a key role to ensure data is fully utilised to maximise student outcomes in all aspects of the school.
• Advanced skills within detailed analysis and reporting upon school data trends at Primary and Secondary education.
• Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Tertiary qualifications and/or 5+ years' experience in a Data officer role.
• Proven experience operating efficiently, proactively and relatively autonomously in a busy, hands-on role.
• Excellent database management knowledge and knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience of advanced working with spreadsheet software
• Communicate and co-operate effectively and positively with specialists from outside agencies where applicable.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
