Non-QTS Teacher / Cover Supervisor
Location: Across London
£20 to £26 per hour | £150 to £195 per day

Why this role?
You don't need QTS to lead a session for pupils who've been excluded from mainstream - you need relational skill, behaviour-management experience, and the confidence to hold a room that's tested every adult who's walked into it. London's specialist SEMH and AP settings value that lived experience as much as a teaching qualification.
A typical week could include
- Leading learning sessions and delivering pre-planned curriculum content
- Building sustained relationships with young people who've disengaged from mainstream education
- Managing behaviour through relational, non-punitive strategies
- Working within a specialist team rather than covering alone
What you'll need
- Substantial classroom experience and subject knowledge
- Confidence managing challenging behaviour independently
- Enhanced DBS with children's barred list
- Level 2 Safeguarding certificate
- Two phone-verified professional references
- Right to work in the UK
Even better if you have
- SEMH, PRU, or AP experience
- Team Teach or de-escalation training
- Lived experience of specialist provision
- Working toward QTS or QTLS
