LTF Recruitment are looking to recruit an Early Years Practitioner to join a beautiful primary school based in Westminster. They are looking for a friendly, passionate and knowledgeable Early Years Practitioner to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for either an experienced or newly qualified Early Years Practitioner to work as part of a forward-thinking team.

At LTF, we are looking to appoint Early Years Practitioners who can provide high quality childcare and by looking after every aspect of a child's needs each day ensuring they are kept safe, stimulated and most of all having fun! The individual must be able to develop and maintain professional relationships with parents and carers.

The Early Years Practitioner will assist the Senior Mentor and Nursery Team in providing high quality childcare and planned activities appropriate to the age and stage of development of the children. They must also ensure they are adhering to company policies and procedures.


To be considered for the Early Years Practitioner role, you will:

  • Hold full and relevant Level 3 Qualifications in Early Years as defined by the DFE Early years Qualification List
  • A sound knowledge of child development for children from birth to five years
  • A good knowledge and understanding of the EYFS
  • A big smile! 😊
