Are you confident in working with pupils who are challenging in their behaviours? 

Are you seeking a new long term position in the Preston area? 


Teaching Personnel work exclusively with a Preston based School which provides support and education for pupils with SEMH Difficulties, Autism, ADHD, ODD and challenging behaviours. The School is smaller than average and caters for students who can no longer remain in mainstream education. The School is based on the outskirts of Preston and currently has approximately 45 pupils on roll, all male, aged between 10 - 17. 

The role is full time and school hours are 8.30am - 3pm Monday - Friday. The role would suit a hard working, empathetic, resilient and confident Teaching Assistant who has a passion working with pupils who are disengaged from education or find it difficult to to remain in school. 

The role will start as soon as possible and candidates must be confident in their behaviour management skills as some of these pupils can be particularly challenging.
