1:1 Learning Support Assistant
This is a fantastic opportunity for aspiring SEN Teachers, counsellors or educational psychologists to gain more experience and have an influence on the education experience of a specific child that is struggling educationally and emotionally.
Requirements:
- Experience working with vulnerable youth ideal but not necessary
- Experience with traditional SEN/challenging behavior ideal but not necessary
- Experience working with children on a 1:1 basis ideal but not necessary
- Learning Support Assistant, Behaviour Mentor, Teaching Assistant, SEN Teaching Assistant
- Calm, patient and understanding personalities who can build strong relationships with children
The school will be trialing and interviewing now so quick action is a must.

- Long-term/Full-time
- £70-£85 a day 5 days per/week
- Specialist school for children aged 14-18 with additional needs including Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs (SEMH)
- Excellent experience for aspiring SEND Teachers, Educational Psychologists, Child psychologists and Counsellors
- Ongoing training on offer
