About the Job Prospero Health & Social Care are looking for a Permanent Case Worker to support adults with learning difficulties through programmes designed to help them move closer to the job market and gain employment. The role of the case worker will be to work alongside the tutor to support the learners, to grow their independence and provide help with individualised employment support and helping them succeed with job applications. You will deliver this in a variety of ways through 1-1 job coaching, careers guidance, claiming for and applying for Access to Work, and working alongside learners to develop their English and Maths skills and therefore their employability skills. The successful candidate will have experience of working with learning disabilities, must have a GCSE in English and Maths, must be a driver - you will be predominantly based in Bristol but you may occasionally need to drive to Bath and South Gloucestershire.
